Does anyone know of any good websites I can find parts, specifically a pump, for a Tro Built Pressure Washer. The motor runs perfect, but I guess over the cold season some water was trapped inside the pump and ruined a few plastic pieces inside the pump itself. I was told by the local dealer that the pump is gonna cost me $160! YIKES! I only paid like maybe $280! So now I have a perfectly running motor with a bad pump. Any suggestion?

thats the down side to buying these pressure washers. i have the same one and luckily...shawn had one with a bad motor, cuz my pump split open last winter. guess water was trapped while in storage. i always heard never buy a washer that doesn't have a brass pump assembly.
i would try to complain to troy built...maybe they can help

I always use some pump saver when I am done with mine. You can get it at the hardware stores. It is supposed to displace all the water and lube the pump between uses. Been ok so far with it. I also try not to leave it in freezing temps. Good luck w/the search. Don't have any advice for that. It seems that most things nowadays are viewed as throw away items.
