I got a cordless Dewalt cutoff tool and a 20 gal parts washer for the shop.
I bought myself a slightly used Demon carb. A fella bought it new, put it on his truck, fouled the plugs idling, and swapped it out for a new Holley TA. So I've been busy excising it here lately. Though I think I just about have a tune now. I had to drop the jets 4 sizes in the front and 3 in the rear to get it close. I swapped out the 31 squirter with a 25. Now the idle circuit needs to to be leaned out a bit more. I'm going to try larger air bleeds first. If it will not lean out I will have to bush the idle feed restriction. Barry Grants tech people say it will be rich at idle if you don't run at least 15* of base timing. I guess that is there excuse for an excessively rich condition. Fuel is too expensive to be spitting it out the tail pipe right now...

Well, I didn't get anything FOR the bronco, but I got things to help me work on the bronco. Like a 26pc. craftsman skrewdriver set, a new vise for the work bench, a 30ft. retractable extension cord. A Carhartt jacket to keep me warm when driving the bronco in the cold months, A couple hundred bucks to Lowes, a mini fridge for the garage. And I can't forget.....Lots of Clemson stuff!!!!!!!

Well I spent 2grand on metal for my building. I started it back in June and decided it wasn't going to be big enough so I added on. It's now 36'x48' all I need now is a concrete floor and some doors and I'll be set. Maybe by next Christmas I'll have it done. I did work on the Bronco one day and finally got to hear her run again after setting for so long. Maybe when I get my building done I can start a complete restore.
