In FLA now!

Ok so thought I would let everbody who didnt already know we moved. We sold our house (lease to buy) and rented a quiet place out in the country in central florida. We're loving it! Not only is there a lake with a privet dock, there is tons of wildlife and the Ocala Nat. forest is accross the street.
Had to sell my crew cab and my ranger but I have 2 broncos and a replacement body for Pe'pe so life is good. Been riding my honda to job interviews and the weather has been great. In time we hope to make a URE run again but it will be some time.
I towed the roadster down with Pepe, that wasnt as bad as I thought it would be. No major problems other than a blown fuse and some bearing noise from the transfer case(I think), still need to look into that. The roadster is mostly ready to go, the front axle needs seals, the carb needs tuning (floods when starting), and the fuel guage still doesnt work. The float is new but its getting an eratic voltage signal so I'm going to swap it with a spare cluster. Once I get the shop set up, its in the basement and has as much room as my old shop. It even has its own ac!
Of course in my own way I couldnt wait to play in the sand and I managed to get the rental truck stuck (infront of the house) in fresh sand the owner had put down. I did it twice by accedent, but both times pe'pe lived up to his name and with a good tug got it out.
So if anybody wants to come down and hit some trails in the forest let me know!:drinkbud:

We will be neighbors before too long Matt. You will be missed are URE but we all understand. Hope the job hunt goes well; it is tough out there right now.

Looks like a great place! Looks like Pepe did a fine job! Know that your ranger is in fine hands (Antique has appropriately nicknamed it "Scrappy", as that is what we use it for - runs to the scrap yard).... You're only an hour or two from my out-laws (Jill's folks), so we'll be sure to hook up if/when we go visit them...

Matt, I'm in Tampa now. Guess we are technically neighbors. So, are we going to get the Florida chapter of Carolina Broncos started or what? Smile
