I consider this a hack job on my tail lights on the Crewcab I was driving but it got the lights working and I already had the LED Lights.
First I cut out the original tail lights to fit the Red LED Stop/Tail lights. Then taped up the bottom of the LED light so it would not shine through on the bottom where the reverse light was. then put a little more tape on the inside of the Ford bezel to stop light from going through.
You would think that a red light behind a red light would make it dimmer but it doesn't. These lights were very bright compared to the original bulbs and filled up the light instead of just having one single light source.
