Im currently running a set of full tube Headman headers on my 1996 Bronco w/ EGR and 5.8l. The headers are to close ( in my opinion) to the engine harness (protected with heatshield) and the 02 wires are to tight. What headers are you guys runnig? Im thingking about ordering a set of shorty's and using parts of the factory exhust? Any suggestions? thx

Best set for both fit and performance I've had were from L & L. that was a 1978 with 460 and long tube headers, they sent me some stubbies first but they hit the firewall. they are a little more pricey but worth it.
