11th Annual NovRun@URE 2016!!!!

November 11-13, 2016

This is the 11th anniversary of the CB4x4 NovRun, so please join us and have some fun!

Keep in mind you are required to log in to the recreation.gov site to book. Hotels are available in Troy,NC as well.


Some of us show up early on Thursday or Friday, but the event officially kicks off at 9am on Saturday at the Eldorado Outpost. From there, we will break down into multiple groups, if needed, and head out by 9:30. Please arrive early.
Plan to break for lunch at 1pm at the top of "Daniel Trail". Good working CB radios are nice (Ch 12).

This is a great time of year! November Run weather at Uwharrie National Forest should be cool, leaves should be changing, and the camping and wheeling is great for the whole family! Hope you can join us for a great weekend!

Post up with your camp site numbers and we will include them in the first post. Camp sites fill up well in advance of the event, so please reserve one ASAP if you haven't already.

I am sharing a site with Doug. This is my point exactly folks. This site is dead. All the other a-holes have been yakking about this on f-book and all booked sites over a month ago. I am not on f-book and I happened to find out about this from Matt. It is total crap!

Yep, that is the plan. Always wanted to try Windrock and figured that was a good opportunity to go with a crowd that actually knows where they are going.
