Been gone for 40 years, grew up in Starr, lived in Charleston & Columbia, then B'ham, Memphis, Louisville, Mandeville,LA, and Canton, GA. Got moved back to Anderson County in late July. Got my Dana 60 tore down getting ready for OCBR and Windrock and I drug a 74' Explorer here in parts.

It's been around a good while, Mark Rau & Thomas Kinser built it, back when they both worked at Duff's. 69' frame, 5.0 stang motor, 435, 4.3 Atlas, Dana 60/Corp 14 bolt 5:13 gears, 40" Maxxis. Real simple build.
I've had it a couple years, still learning it. This is what it looked like when Mark had it, it was green, I changed it up a little.

Awesome. Mine is similar but uses a fullwidth tub with narrowed grill tail. Reworking the front end some now.

Good looking rig, sounds like it is geared deep. I have 435, 205, with 5.38s and it seems deep.

Hey thanks, yeah it's deep, first couple of times out I was running in 1st & 2nd, 4 wheel hi. Took a friend to Rausch Creek and he taught me about 3rd & 4th low range...DUH!!!! Next trip out I learned about the hand throttle. It's been more fun every time out!!
