Avatar Issues

Hey guys, hope this is the right place... I can't seem to find the place in the User CP to upload my Avatar. Is it me or is something else going on?

I searched and read about some Avatar problems a while ago, but it sounds like ya'll were upgrading the forums then.

Any help would be appreciated.

i think you are limited to what you can do without being a paying member. but its under user cp about the 5th choice down.
