Now that I am using a different computer it is ok. Apparently it is my laptop that is not cooperating.

That is weird. The time should be based off of the forum not your computer. I tried changing the time zone and time on my computer and it did not effect my old or new posts. I would try shutting the computer down and then trying again.

Strange though.
