Cherokee vs. VW vs. stock WIPERS?
#1
I think we all know the stock EB wipers blow goats.

Until today the only upgrade I was aware of was to swap for 80s-90s Jeep Cherokee Wipers.

So this VW conversion I am hearing about, is it better that the Cherokee upgrade? Does anyone have a link to the info?

Any thoughts?

Thx,
Mike

I made my own using dodge K car(aries) I think. I reused the adjustable part of the wiper arms, but used the wiper attachment arm from the K car...cut it to length. I think I had to heat it up some to tweek it in. The only problem I ever had before...the wiper would fly off-stock set up. I'll try to dig up a pic.Chuck

Were you able to get more coverage with a longer arm or is it about the same length?

The vw wiper conversion is to replace the vacume units that came on 66-67 eb.
The windshield frame is diffrent on those years so you can just switch to the electrics. I have seen the write ups on classic about the cherokie conversion and are planning on doing it my self.
