does anyone know of a coil spring, that will lift about 4.5" and flex decent.on a 77 f-150 ?

try some 5" coils from cage off road or 4" superflex from bronco graveyard.

You will probably need to modify your radius arms to get the full potential out of the springs. You could wrist the radius arm, lengthen them, or buy a new set of Cage arms with your new Cage coils:notworthy:.
