As many of you have figured out...I was getting just about everything from Mike. Starting with the tons, then eventually the wheels/tires. However, some of my funds aren't rolling in as I had hope...and I could have sent the last check to Mike to finish paying for the axles. But, that still means I was gonna sell my wheel/tires to afford the axles. When I got back from my trip I found out my tire guy was kinda wanting to hold off for some time. I know Mike has serious $$ tied up in all his stuff and once I found out a price for the wheels/tires...it reminded me just how poor I really am. I couldn't have Mike hold off for a couple of months for me to finally pay everything up(And he did offer-because he's a great guy!!!!) I felt this stuff needed to go to someone with the funds in hand...someone unlike me:crying: I'm not making an excuse for myself or anyone, but I feel I need to explain whats been happening in the last 48hrs. I'm sorry for the trouble I caused. Is it my dream to have these items-YES...I guess I was fooling myself and others to think I could just pay up and buy the sweet stuff everyone wants. I've lost some sleep over screwing someone's plans up:banghead:

I was curious what was happening. I think this hobby drains us all of funds and it's not getting any cheaper - parts going up and fuel to get to the trail makes us second question a lot of our trips. You've got a killer rig just like it is now Chuck - keep wheeling the heck out of it. :rebel: We've got good people in this group like Mike who understands - props to Mike! :xyxthumbs:
PS - why do you think my build thread has been dead for so long? I still can't find the $$ money tree I've been searching for and the VISA bill isn't going down on it's own :banghead:

Hey Brothers, I'm with all of you also. With my wife quitting her full time job and going back to school in August, I really have to watch my money too. If she had not worked her butt off for the last two years to get into this program I believe she would back out. So I've put my put most of my projects on the back burner for the most part. I do what I can to make a little side money, but even that has really fallen off with most people around here either on short-time or laid off. I look for things to turn around, though.
