Really. - blazinchuck - 03-12-2012 no problem buddy!!! I do what I can, when I can lol any luck with those old speakers? ok, this is the last truck I will ever buy. Really. - broncomatt - 03-14-2012 Havent had time to mess around with those yet. Been a bad carma spell for me. Got home monday night, buttened up the aux fuel tank install except for the wiring which I will do later. Went to fire it up to bleed out the cooling system and found the batt dead (I left the key on messing with the wiper motor). No biggie, slap the charger on it and in a few I had it cranked up. While refiling the cooling system I grabbed a gallon jug off the shelf that had a W on it. Thought it was water or yellow coolant. Turns out it was old diesle I had been saving for burn mix. DoH!:banghead::banghead: So after draining and flushing the cooling system I finally got it bleed out and drove it around the yard. Just as I was pulling it back in the shop thinking I was done for the night I noticed it wouldent come out of gear. Shut it off in the shop and check the lincage, when I jacked up the tranny to pull the motor I hit the shifter lincage and blew the cotter pins out. Luckly the bushings stayed in. Once I got all that done I called it a night with plans to drive it to work on tues. Tues morning it wouldent crank, not charged back enough. So it sat on the trickle charger all day and put some of the soft top brackets on last night before taking it out for a test drive. OK. Today on the way to work it poped out of 2wd a few times. Come to find out I had also loosend the T-case shifter. Tightend that up and will see how the ride home goes. Hopefully better. |
