We got the die welded back together - I don't recommend bending any 250 wall without doing some major re-enforcement to the stock dies. We should have known since it is much thicker than ProTools recommends the die for.

A streeeettchhheeeddd cage huh :xyxthumbs:

Here is some more progress on the Buggy with the Tubular extended Radius arms installed and tacked in that Robert and I are Building.I have to completely remove the arms to weld them in but 1/2 of the frame side is done so it is done for now.BTW .250 wall DOM is way overkill for radius arms and there will only be 3 sets of them as we only got 7 pieces out of a $300.00 + stick of this HEAVY stuff.More to follow on the arms as they are in the test phase. They use Balistic fab mounts with 9/16 bolts and Summit Machine Joints for the flex end and are 37.5 in to the center of the joint for a 8.5 in gain @ the pivot point and if they were any longer and they probally wouldnt work well due to the extended WB as the pivot is now behind the TC.We thought the coils were stock when we started mocking this up but found out there is a small lift in the coils and it threw off the centering of the axle.Problem solved with some of Robert's patented redneck track bars ( AKA Ratchet straps) He He.
