I use to collect knives but on day someone liked them more than I did and stole them bass-turds. ANYONE ELSE HUNT? its slow other interest - sparkchaser - 06-06-2009 I never played any golf.I guess the closet I ever came was in high school when I drove my 79 trans am across the golf course. its slow other interest - bucketobolts - 06-06-2009 I haven't played golf in a long while. But I have taken my sons to the driving range a few times. They liked it enough that I bought a 5 gal bucket of balls from the Goodwill and a couple drivers. Take them to Papaw's and hit them across the fescue field. Here the last little while I have been taking the boys to the Wildlife Assoc. to teach them to shoot skeet. its slow other interest - chuzie - 06-07-2009 I love hunting but can't seem to find the time anymore. Haven't pulled my bow out of the case in over a year Other than that I recently became interested in the challenge of legally accessing secured wireless networks. I want to get hold of a reasonably priced AR-15 but right now the prices are ridiculous. I think after the military replaces the M-16, here in the next few years, the prices will drop. I too would like to see some knife pics. its slow other interest - bucketobolts - 06-07-2009 My friend bought a new recurve back at Christmas. It is a nice stick flicker, but a lot different to shoot than the old compounds I'm used to. Quote:Other than that I recently became interested in the challenge of legally accessing secured wireless networks. Sounds interesting. Enlighten me... I've been pondering building a hearth/BBQ pit for a summer project. Don't want to spend a lot of money, so if I can scrounge materials I may get started. Here is my inspiration. My brick laying skills are a bit rusty... its slow other interest - chuzie - 06-07-2009 Basically WEP and WPA(2) are not perfect. WEP is an easy crack and is just a matter of capturing "data" and reverse engineering it to determine the encryption. WPA is harder because you need someone who is actively using the connection (transferring data) and a massive password database must be used. It can sometimes be time consuming depending on the complexity of the password but it can be done. I first started with a goal to ensure my network was secure and then found it challenging to see how secure others' are. Just to be clear, it is not illegal to jump on someone’s network however, once you start using their bandwidth, that is considered stealing and is illegal so that is where I draw the line. Bluetooth is the next medium I plan on learning about. So many cell phones and so little time. Check out remote-exploit.org for info on BT3 and 4 (a Linux based OS commonly used) The learning curve is steep at first but if you know Linux you are way ahead of the game.
