one other thing... here is the throw out bearing that came with my 92 f150 clutch set(it was in a baggy, and i never opened it...until tonight)

all this time, i just assumed it was a hydraulic throw out bearing and never used it. but since im tracking all this down tonight...i opened it and i really dont know what type this is. heres some pics....and it comes apart also. is it part of a hydraulic set up or is this a funky mechanical throw out?? and if it is mech, i guess it requires a special throw out arm to mate it too??

can't help you out with the spacing, but that is a hydro throw out bearing. If you decide to have a machine shop redrill your flywheel, it isn't going to be cheap. Probably better off buying the new clutch and all that. Figure at least $60 per hour. If you have a 'friend' that can do it, that would be another story. If you can just find the correct flywheel, that sounds like the route to go.
