I've got the parts to swap from 5 lug to 8 from a '78/9 F250. The knuckles are the same, but spindle, caliper bracket, caliper, hub, rotor are different... Need full width info. - Traveler - 08-12-2008 If we bought a F250 D44 we would just stay with the 8 bolt stuff, rims are cheap and easy. So what years F150 had the welded on Wedges? 1977? I found an excellent donor for $500 I could use tires, wheels, body parts, interior it all looks good yet. Or a '76? One here with not as many good parts for $400. Or is that still too new? Thanks again guys. Need full width info. - blazinchuck - 08-12-2008 the 76 will have drums and a 77 will have disc. the 78 and up will have cast wedges. I think the 77 will have the thickest axle tubes also..mine are 1/2 wall thickness. 76-77 weld on wedges,HTH,Chuck Need full width info. - johnpaulgolf - 08-12-2008 johnpaulgolf Wrote:I would'nt know nothing about no fullwidths...  :finger: :puke: Need full width info. - blazinchuck - 08-12-2008 johnpaulgolf Wrote::angry: :finger: :puke: would you quit your crying:hysterical::thefinger: Need full width info. - broncomania - 08-12-2008 blazinchuck Wrote:the 76 will have drums and a 77 will have disc. the 78 and up will have cast wedges.
