Bet that was an awesome feeling. One big step closer!! Project "Big Country" - Front Bumper Fab - SC74 - 02-21-2011 Most of the leaks are fixed ... still have a radiator leak but what 40 year old radiator doesn't leak something? That will be one of the first upgrades once it's rolling I'm sure. Gauges work now - bad ground and the 12V to the gauges had a blown fuse. Brake lines next. We already have them plumbed to the rear so really only have to plumb the front brakes and hook up calipers. Project "Big Country" - Front Bumper Fab - broncosbybart - 02-21-2011 Was wondering how you were making out. Keep plugging away at it! Project "Big Country" - Front Bumper Fab - SC74 - 06-30-2011 Took it for a trip down to the pond after work. The motor is running very well. It has a lot of squat/rise in the rear suspension that I've got to work out and definitely some limit straps & bump stops in the near future. You can barely see Jessica ducking down behind the dash on the pass. side. |
