The Love shack - blazinchuck - 03-19-2010 hmmm...sooooooo why didnt you just build one from scratch:hysterical: just kiddin, looking great! The Love shack - Badass - 03-19-2010 i thought about it. resale value really. i tend to not keep things too long The Love shack - 744x4 - 03-20-2010 And you did fix where the tire blew out and damaged the inner wheel well in the first few pictures ? That camper was in a flood to have that much water damage. There are lots of them being passed off as good even after the insurance has settled.Remember North FL all the way up to Atlanta flooded last year.Good work on the repairs. The Love shack - Badass - 03-22-2010 it was not in a flood. it is they way they are built and materials used that makes them get so bad off from water. if it was in a flood it would have been everywhere not just in the areas of known water problems. i have fixed and sealed both fenders. The Love shack - Badass - 03-23-2010 Got some of the cabnets done. i dont like cabnet work at all... I first did a bunch of measuring and fingering. then i had to square everything up as i built the farme all the time keeping in mind the face that would go on later. did i say i hate cabnet work? i started by cutting out for the water heater. then i got called away to this....DANNYS nephew and friend stuck. i wasnt taking the ex so...they went and got taylors truck and tried but no luck. about 4 i saw mike go by and we got the tractor and got them out. Knuckleheads. Me being me i gave them a stern lecture on wheeling and private property and giving us a bad name. they had no idea wohes land they were on. back to work.... turned out pretty good. The Love shack - Mill Knob - 03-23-2010 Looking good Eric. I see that you have a Battery power nail gun. How does it do? Plus what size nails or brades does use? The Love shack - Badass - 03-23-2010 16ga angled. im using 2" now. it is just a finish gun. i have a portable nail gun but it aint worth a damn. i love the finish nailer!! I am using screws for everything but trim and like the face pieces. i figure with all the movement they will hold better The Love shack - trkbilder - 03-24-2010 Looking good man!! let's go camping when you get it finished!!! :xyxthumbs: The Love shack - Badass - 03-24-2010 trkbilder Wrote:Looking good man!! let's go camping when you get it finished!!! :xyxthumbs:i am sooo ready to use it!! i figure by mid april i should be done. money is the biggest issue.
