No prob on the engine stand! Ruff Stuff has them. These are the 1-1/4" heims. They fit pretty well. I did have to do some minor grinding on the ends of the misalignment spacers to make them fit between the mounting brackets, but that was easy.

Here is an update on the C4 that is holding up the drivetrain.

I'm starting out with all Alto Red racing clutches, Kolene coated steels, and a Kevlar lined intermediate band.

The direct or high gear drum has been trued and refinished. Then I drilled relief vents in the clutch area of the drum. This will help release the band and apply the clutches quicker for a better 2-3 shift. I added 1 clutch fiber and steel for a total of 5 and set the clutch clearance to a nice tight .025".

The forward clutches have also been clearanced to .025" with 5 clutches and steels. I don't think this application will warrant welding the peanut slots in the face of the hub, which is usually done when lots of cubic inches are combined with big boost or lots of NOS.

I have also finished the stator for the pump. The plug is drilled out of the housing, followed by removing the 2 check balls and spring. I tapped the hole to 1/8th pipe and installed a brass plug. The plug is not install too deep where it restricts the outlet and then filed to shape.

HOT DOG!! Looks like you have been busy. You are the MAN!!! I don't know what a lot of that stuff does, but kevlar can't be a bad thing, right???

Clay did suggest we run NOS and paint it like a fire extinguisher bottle to disguise it Big Grin

A HUGE thank you for all the help!!!

The BTE racing pan showed up this afternoon.

Its a heavy piece that adds a couple of quarts of capacity and helps strengthen the case. The pan comes with all the hardware, deep sump filter, and reusable gasket.

The pan is also dimpled marking where you can drill and tap for temp gauges or to route wiring for a transbrake.
