Get with Matt at CCOR. I got a quote from him in mid August. Unless times have changed I was getn 4.56 Yukons w/ Yukon master rebuild for a lil over $300 ($316 to be exact) for my 9".

It was gonna run me $683 to do front and rear, which included a bigger front carrier. That quote was delivered too. I'm still saving dimes!

Stock shafts should be fine. With that gear chhose as long you keep the rpms down.
Chuck have you thought about the yukon grizzly locker. I have heard great things about it, and I believe they are a good bit cheaper just a thought

i have thought bout a yukon grizzly, its my understanding...thats just like a detroit locker. the last time FBG had 35's and a C4/3.50 gears/detroit...it was sweet, then i swapped in a np435...that caused the detroit to unload/load a lot and became annoying in the turns everywhere.I dont want the clicking and popping that most lockers are gonna provide.

C4's keep a constant pressure/tension on that locker...stick shifts dont with every shift or pressing the clutch

Sometimes CCOR can be a lil slow getting back to you via e-mail. They were a lil slow with me, don't give up!

Ever think about a TrueTrac for the rear?

Dang Chuck, I am stuck at the fire station right down the street from your house while you are starting the swap. Maybe you should set something on fire in your back yard so I can come check it out.

well, got the crate unpacked(new tranny and stuff) removed the srive shafts, exhaust, and C4 last night. Today I will clean those parts up so I can have my C4 ready to ship back out. ran into a small problem...the guy I got this from didnt send the pilot bushing/bearing...this is a special bearing with a OD 1.377 x .750 ID x .500 length. cant find any bearing like this round here and not really interested in finding a machine shop to make a bushing. couple pics
