fuel line leak - firefighter2134 - 03-12-2010 ok guys cant seem to win for losing right now. got the carb issue straightened out now i have a fuel leak. i have a rubber hose connecting fuel pump to a plastic yeah plastic line dont think it was stock back to a rubber line then to sending unit. plastic line runs entire length of frame. was this some presidental engineering of some sort? its leaking at rear plastic line is split. any ideas? i want to correct this issue the right way. thanks in advance asiel fuel line leak - 66stocker - 03-12-2010 The plastic line is stock. It's 5/16 nylon, nothing special. Just cut the plastic back past the split and extend your rubber line. If you want to replace the plastic you can get it at JBG or any of the bronco vendors for about $20. fuel line leak - firefighter2134 - 03-12-2010 I got a whole rubber line gonna run it inside frame rail one piece better than 3 fuel line leak - firefighter2134 - 03-12-2010 well inside frame rail didnt work but new line is installed was able to use factory hangers though so not all bad runs great now! thanks guys fuel line leak - 66stocker - 03-12-2010 Good deal.
