Homebuilt SxS - ParadisePWoffrD - 03-29-2012 After selling my wifes atv, thought I would build something Ive been wanting for a while... Picked up this tracker. A local friend wheeled it for a year and the FI stopped working, so he parked it... After researching Polaris Razr 900s i called him up and picked it up... How they line up: Rzr: 85hp. 80" wb, 1200lb Tracker: 80hp, 86" wb, 2000lb The goal is to cut as much weight as possible, get it running and flog it. Now for the important parts, specs & pics. 95 Tracker 1.6l 8v tbi 5spd 5.13s, welded IFS front, 4 link rear 2" lift ***Edit: Changed Directions, as seen throughout build. Homebuilt SxS - ParadisePWoffrD - 03-29-2012 this is what Im shooting for, but in 2 seater: Homebuilt SxS - ParadisePWoffrD - 03-29-2012 Here is what it looked like when I picked it up Homebuilt SxS - ParadisePWoffrD - 03-29-2012 When i picked it up the FI setup was in bad shape, so I decided to keep it simple and go with propane... I installed a carb intake & dizzy and made an adapter for the CA100 mixer I also picked up a set of 34" TSLs and pair of suspension seats for it Homebuilt SxS - ParadisePWoffrD - 03-29-2012 After tuning in the propane, cleaning up the wiring, installing the wheels/tires... I need to build a battery box to move it behind the pass seat, then I will take it for a test drive... I think the 34s will be too big and heavy, but well see how it drives... If so, I will sell them and pick up a set of 28x12x15 SxS tires I found Homebuilt SxS - SC74 - 03-30-2012 Great idea. Those razors and other side by sides are stupid expensive. Look forward to seeing how this turns out. Homebuilt SxS - blazinchuck - 03-30-2012 thats pretty cool! Homebuilt SxS - broncosbybart - 03-30-2012 I think you need a gixxer motor in it like ole stumpy's got!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WXQ1rhf2Rto&feature=related Homebuilt SxS - ParadisePWoffrD - 04-01-2012 Took it for a drive.
