After selling my wifes atv, thought I would build something Ive been wanting for a while...
Picked up this tracker. A local friend wheeled it for a year and the FI stopped working, so he parked it...
After researching Polaris Razr 900s i called him up and picked it up... How they line up:
Rzr:
85hp. 80" wb, 1200lb
Tracker:
80hp, 86" wb, 2000lb
The goal is to cut as much weight as possible, get it running and flog it.
Now for the important parts, specs & pics.
95 Tracker
1.6l 8v tbi
5spd
5.13s, welded
IFS front, 4 link rear
2" lift
***Edit: Changed Directions, as seen throughout build.

When i picked it up the FI setup was in bad shape, so I decided to keep it simple and go with propane...
I installed a carb intake & dizzy and made an adapter for the CA100 mixer
I also picked up a set of 34" TSLs and pair of suspension seats for it

After tuning in the propane, cleaning up the wiring, installing the wheels/tires...
I need to build a battery box to move it behind the pass seat, then I will take it for a test drive...
I think the 34s will be too big and heavy, but well see how it drives... If so, I will sell them and pick up a set of 28x12x15 SxS tires I found

Great idea. Those razors and other side by sides are stupid expensive. Look forward to seeing how this turns out.

Took it for a drive. In low it does well but I feel like it should have more power.
If anyone is interested in 34s, let me know.
