Removing Aux Tank Straps??? - High Pressure - 05-02-2008
Okay I have removed my auxiliary polly fuel tank from my '77.. I'm left with the (2) tank straps that are attached behind the front drivers side wheel. Other than "cutting" them is there a way to remove without damaging them?

I believe there is a bracket that holds those in. I was able to remove everything on the aux. tank with out cutting anything. I dont think the aux tank on a 77 is different than anyothers, except the rear tank. Good luck,Chuck

Finally removed the straps today and installed the auxillary tank that I got from from BroncoWard. Thanks for the advice, removed the 4 bolts & bracket and the straps were loose...
