I would like to chime in. If yall are a bronco only site dont open it to other brands. stay true to what you are. but dont bash others eather bad blood is never any good. you all have been very welcoming of me and some of my brothers from wheelindixie. most of us active folks (about 50 are active daily) came from chevy or blazer only sites. our key was in meet and greets. we all became good friends, and our familys became friends. we added a section for our wives so they feel included so it is easier for us to get together because we all know and look foreward to seeing each other. also stickers i think was a goos investment for us. we got some for sale but we got a ton of cheap small ones and just handed them out like business cards..any wheelin or jacked up rig i see i try to give a sticker to. you would be supprised. everyole likes stickers so they put em on..bam free advertising. alot of our post count and daily activity is in our non truck section, we call it the campfire. this is just general chit chat but most of our members enjoy it. we also were persistant with our friends from other sites. if i or one of the mods knew someone who was really active on other sites we activly recruted that person to come to our site..free membership etc. Tech stuff is a fair draw to our site.classifieds are a big draw i see at least 25 folks a day check just the classifieds. it looks like you guys get together often and have a good base of folks here. you all just have to hang in there and folks will come over. after all do you really want a huge impersonal site? or someplace a core group of yall can feel at home. ill stop ranting now..We take donations from our members. we also sell a subscription but we get more from folks who are already members who just send a lil to help out.

I know it has taken me a while to chim in on this one, I wanted to realy take a look at some of these other sites we are comparing our selves too.
I realy would like to see our regular useser numbers grow. We seem to have the same regulare people(25-50) posting up(padding doesnt count).
While we have a large number of people who join only to read what were up too.
I have been meaning to put more in the tech section, I think that is a large draw to people.
A store would be a big hit, some wives go to these sites in search of new swag to get as gifts.
The hard part is we are a bronco club, we are open to other vehicles. It is not a club rule you have to own a bronco, but it is a big reason why you would join us. Sites like classic are nation wide, there for they dont have alot of club meets. We are fortunet to have created a south eastern club, and I think we could even grab some other members from farther away. The down fall will be it would be very hard for these members to make many events. To an extent alot of what we have on this site can also be found on sites that would be closer to where these people live.

To help raise our numbers, I suggest regular(3-4) meets a year. Spread out to make it possible for any member to make it to one event.
Bussness cards to give out to anybody we come accross that would like to know more about us and broncos.
Larger tech section(even if its stuff copied from other sites).
An online store(I know I already said that). One that is not dependent our our leaders persnal cash to make it work.(we still have swag left from the spring meet so pass the word).
Trail rides, spread out so there is one near everbody(I realize there is only so many places to go) and with diffrent levels of dificulty. So regardless of what level of bronco you own(or non bronco) you can get out and have some fun.
Possibly flyers to put up at our local auto parts stores. Many people are not on the web, but if they saw a flyer about us or a meet. They may show up.
Oh, and I would fix the screen so you dont have to scroll left to rightConfusedcratchhe:.
A photo gallery like we had on the original site would be a help too.
These are just a few of my thoughts, some may be the same as others have posted. I just felt I should drop my 2C.:rebel:
