Here are a few shots of the stock hand throttle for the EB.It mounts under the gas pedal and actually moves the pedal insted of using a carb linkage.

So If you press the gas pedal will it move the hand throttle?

No the throttle bracket only pulles it to the back of the pedal.It could act like a cruise control except the pull on the back of the pedal isnt that great as it only moves a little.You would need a longer pivot point.
