Nice clean ride, love the cut doors. Do that your self?
Come up for the URE run, plenty of mild trails too. Unless it rains

Thanks for the compliment. Yeah I made the doors myself. If you plan on making any yourself take my advice don't use fiberglass, use sheet metal to fill the gaps after cutting.

Sorry guys been busy lately especially since hunting season came around.

After building my truck I've kinda just been driving it. Starting to get that itch to do something else with it. I'd like to build some bumpers or even possibly do a solid axle swap. I hate the ford TTB personally. I personally love having my little bronco as a daily driver and would like to keep it that way. Anyone ever did a sas and used their vehicle as a daily driver?

Funny you say that, I have thought about making some simular doors but wanted to use expanding foam to fill the voids. Then fiberglass over the top. What methid did you with fiberglass?

Pretty much what you described. I used some blocks of styrofoam to fill the gaps then layed the fiberglass over that. It took many layers of fiberflass on the bottom due to needing added strength. I figured people would use this area as a step and I was right. I made sure it was strong enough to hold at least my weight without giving any.
