the date is not an issue for me it might be the time my boy has a football game every sat morn at 9:30am so if the meet time is around 12:30 or so I should be good to go. how far is Brevard from where we met in Hendersonville?

The 10th is fine with me I live a hour west of brevard so im not to familier with the area but Ive heard its a nice ride

there is a huge chinese resturant there that is pretty good (brevard)... what was the total trip mileage that u went?

On the parkway from Asheville to Brevard is about 40 miles, all pretty mountain driving.
Brevard back to I-26 is probably 20 or so.

We're going to "talk" rides at all the overlooks we stop to view. It is only about 60-70 miles, is that too much for anybody? Should take about 2 hours to do the cruise.(actual driving). Could we cut that down if we needed to? And by the way, I love Chinese food so the restuarant sounds good to me. :xyxthumbs:

It's really not that bad.
Trouble is, once your on the parkway your committed.
There's only a couple of places to get on and off.

If anyone has another idea for a fall leaves route, speak up.
