If the bolt head fits and not the nut, will a standard nut (not the fat nylock one) work? Then you could cut the bolt to exact length and locktite it Confusedcratchhe:

Yeah ...

Looking awesome Chuck! Does the x-member bolt to the same places in the frame that the stock one did? How much of the driver floor did the t-case take up? What is the prefab "made in india" piece part of the x-member?

How did you end up setting your front axle caster without the t-case installed? I remember debating that for a week or two.

the cross member bolts right in to the stock location on the frame. that "great India" part...is the stock ford truck mount for a 205. as for the caster on the front, im only running 3.5" lift...so i can run the axle at stock caster. thats what i set it up to and cage recommends about 5degrees-that way it should track, drive, and steer good on road. now that the tcase is in , i set the rear angle...just have to burn it in.

i need a cv yoke that fits the output shaft of the 205. the shaft from the big bronco...would fit perfect if i had a yoke for a cv. i will have to get a front shaft tho
