You're right, it's not, but it sure will be nice to have when I drive my rig all the way to URE in November and hand your ass to ya. FWIW- I have a multipurpose rig - mud, rock, road. Don't hate.

Doug, sorry for the hijack but sometimes daddy chuck has to be brought back down off his soap box.

Y'all are some Hijackin' MoFos.

An update on the progress:

While I was in Missouri last week Chuck decided to start looking at the body mounts and begin the the Body lift/Body bushings install. He called with the bad news and this is what he found.

I ordered some new floor pans from Wild Horses and they are on their way. The proverbial can of worms has been opened. :banghead:

Yes the can of worms is open! This will be a new truck when you're done. You've got some good help too.

I'm slowly chipping away at the parts list.

I just placed an order with BC Broncos for their EFI throttle cable, C4 Kickdown cable and 02 bungs. Damn the shipping is outrageous!

O2 bungs can be made from spark plug nonfoulers from the HELP section at any parts house. Forgot what size. 19mm I think. Much cheaper!

A little late, but thanks for the tip. Are there any other tips you can give me before I order some more parts?

We pulled the roll cage out last night, in anticipation of the floor pans being delivered on Monday.

I wasn't planning on getting to much done last night. We wrote the "to do" and "to buy" lists up on the Dry erase board, but mainly we just sat around the garage BS'n and drinking a couple beers.
