The fronts are re-capped car tires. I'll replace those with tractor tires. The rears are extremely dry rotted so I'll get new rear rubber too - I can get great deals through the tire co. we use here at work for the dump trucks etc.
I'm going to pick up a service manual at TSC tonight so I can start on the wiring - or at least preparing for it. Can't be much to it - worst headache will be getting the birds-nest of wires the PO did out of there.
