Here is an idea for you chuck, if its only one hole drill it out to the next bigger bolt size and tap the cage bracket for threads.
He's welded the brackets to the frame, but doesn't have room for the bolt that holds the heim to the bracket.
If the bolt head fits and not the nut, will a standard nut (not the fat nylock one) work? Then you could cut the bolt to exact length and locktite it
