Need a carburetor
#1
EDIT: I GOT A CARBURETOR - ALL IS WELL

So my Holley 600 decided to have sticky floats after letting it sit over the holiday. It's barely driveable, won't idle, etc.

Got a Holley TricKit from Advance, but the instructions are crap and I'm not even sure if the power valve they supplied is the right size. That, and there are no float adjustment replacement parts in the kit. WTF?

Bottom line:
1) I shouldn't be doing carb work myself.
2) I'm not even sure if fixing the 600 is what I should do. I'm in the market for a better carb that'll require less maintenance and good performance as a daily driver. Is that too much to ask?

Any advice, sale, help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
