Was going to post this up last night, but couldn't get on the site. Has happened to me a few times this week.
Anyway, it should be about ideal. I was looking at a 36' gooseneck enclosed, but it sold without my knowing- the seller was kind of flaky. Saw this on my local craigslist. It was a lot more than what I could afford, but made the call anyway just to see what it was and the GVW and some other info. I was shocked when the seller said he would work with me on the price, as he just wanted to sell it.
It is an 08' Homesteader Champion. 28' box, alloy wheels, 48" side door, beavertail (so that I won't have to take the wheels on and off the race rig to make it fit thru the rear door), panelled interior and ceiling, and more. It is still bare inside, but I have plans for that down the road. It should be the perfect size for making a toyhauler out of. It was a little problematic getting it in the driveway, but I got it in.
Now I just need to find a destroyed RV camper to rip the guts out of...
