Chuck had a real nice tap that went through real easy. Then it was on to the left side Chuck says "now don't go breaking that bolt off too" two turns later SNAP. Repeat step one again. No problem, drilled it out, taped the hole and done. We removed the wiper arm from the motor, flipped the motor reinstalled everything the whole project took maybe 20 minutes.
