Got some EB questions for you guys.

I found an EB for sale in Columbia. Unknown year, no title, body is shot but the frame and drive train are complete. What price would make this worth picking up to start my build and how hard would it be to register it down the road if I find a body with a title? This will be a mostly offroad use vehicle but I would like to eventually title it and drive it every once in a while.
