As some of ya know the wheel studs were loose in the front passenger side of my 76. My EB is at a mechanics shop and he just called and told me that I need a new rotor since the holes were "wallowed" out and can't hold a stud. I did some price matching and come to find out a rotor is around $30 but a whole hub & rotor assembly is around $210. He was unaware that this came in two pieces (so was I). Can I assume they are two pieces? Is all I need is a rotor? Or do I need the whole assembly? Thx for the help in advance!

i just looked at autozone...they have a rotor $30 and a combo rotor/hub $158
you can separate them. but i think the studs are pressed in the back of the hub, and if those holes arent any good...you'll need a new hub.
i usually replace both at the same time and order the combo

Dallas was able to seperate them. The rotors are still in good shape, low miles. May just sandblast, wrappem up and put them away. BC has a complete assembly for $100 plus shipping, Auto Zone has it for $158 minus 10% (+ SC tax) and Advance is $204 minus 10% (+SC tax). Will probably follow your advice and just buy the complete assembly. Thx Chuck!
When you coming up to Cola Town?!!!
