Wanted to introduce myself,
I live in Greensboro, NC
Self "un"employeed AutoCad draftsman (main steel for highway bridges)
Been 4wheeling since "93
Started the Mud Devils 4x4 club with some friends in '95
My first ride was a jeep (rolled it) then came the 73 K5 blazer (rolled it) then a 76 bronco body went on the Blazer frame & now its a full tube chassis with just the firewall & skins from the Bronco
I haven't really been wheeling for the last couple of years taking care of other things but the guys in the club have been taking things to a whole nova level while I've been web wheeling.
During all this I've seen, heard, learned & done way to much to list about 4x4 trucks and fab'ed all kinds of things.
I hope to have my truck going before I get too old.
I'm sure I will learn plenty about the EB's from all you guys and hope I can help others at the same time.
Here is a link to my pics and one to the Muddevils web site.
Look forward to getting mine built so I can hit the trails.
Specs:
Bronco SS454 (emblems on the fenders)
Chevy 454 w/10.5:1 dome pistons & other upgrades (over 400hp)
TH350 & 203/205 doubler
Ford HP60 front (4.56 & locked)
GM 14blt rear (4.56 & locked)
4 link front & rear
42" tsl swampers
OBA & Premier welder
Airbag suspension (pushbutton 4 corner adj & will raise truck 12" from street height to trail height) got tired of climbing up & jumping out of the old truck
Leather BMW Riccaro seats front & rear
Bilstein remote res. shocks on each corner
Autometer Gauges
Lots of power for the music
When complete the truck will be less than 4" taller than a near stock Bronco and still run the 42" tsl's.
