Got a little done tonight before the dogfishhead pumkminues kicked in. I got the Delphi box in with my eBay steering u-joint. Need some longer bolt will get those tomorrow. [Image: 96dfc0779772cdfa123022c3f791147c.jpg]
Also got the An fittings installed, had to run the tap through the threads but it all came out nice.

But I got the last of the parts. My high pressure line came in today, and the Lowe pressure lines were In stock. [Image: c01199c4ceef446d9bc5c95505003639.jpg]
Lastly Chuzie you were correct the c-clip was missing of the stock power steering, will measure it and get a new one for it. Of cores the box of junk steering box parts I have is missing is missing that clip.

That is excellent news. Look out URE!

What is your opinion on the ebay joint? I assume, in addition to the PS hoses you are bringing for the Bronco box, you will need the matching joint too. Are the mounting bolts long enough to accommodate both boxes?

The eBay joint looks great actually, and for 35 shipped hard to complain. Actually the new an lines will work with either the Delphi or stock box. That is the beauty of this design. The steering joints and bolts are different so those will have to come as spares too.

The duff stage 2, they were the cheapest and the only ones that actually had them In stock

Nice. Chuck and I installed a set for someone the other day. Keep in mind the instructions are specific to the Duff's shock lengths so you will need to modify accordingly to ensure full extension and compression.

That's my plan, still deciding on either the fox 10" I have or the 12" duffs I have. Probably get everything mocked up and decide

Tonight I got the Delphi box in and plumb up. But I'm kinda feels like the lines are backwards when you turn the wheel when the motor is running it feels like it's fitting you. There is a ton of air in the system do you think that could be the issue. When the motor is not running the box turns fine.
