Hey guys,
I was laid off in March along with about 2000 other people when Qimonda shut down in Richmond. I have been offered a job in Garner but really do not want to relocate the family. I live in Dinwiddie, VA just south of Petersburg. Bout a 2 hr drive to the plant. The job is a 3/4 schedule (Wed through Sunday morning) night shift.
Anyone have a room, garage apartment, trailer/RV, anything they would rent (cheap) for 14 days a month? I'll be working nights and sleeping through the day. I usually sleep with ear plugs (have 6 kids so I'm used to noise during the day) so noise is not an issue. I'll drive down and go straight to work and I'll drive home Sunday morning right after work. Really will only be every other Thursday, every Friday and Saturday. I'm neat, clean, and prompt with rent. If I work any overtime I'll compensate you for the extra days. All I'm gonna do is sleep and shower.
