OK, let's not rest on our laurels! Let's get this cruise up and running. Plan is to meet in or around Chimney Rock and cruise to Hendersonville for a late lunch, maybe a side excursion up Sugar Loaf Mountain. I'm going to try to go up there and scout out the road up Sugar Loaf to see if it is paved all the way up. ( Anybody from that area know, could save me a trip.) I need feed back from you guys in the Hendersonville area as to good places to eat, good exposure parking, easy access to parking, you know what it would take to make this thing work. Any comments or other suggestions are welcome. How does Oct. 17th work for everybody? Meet in CR around 12:00 Noon, start cruise at 12:30. That should put us in Hendersonville around 1, if we don't do Sugarloaf. It would be closer to 2 if we did. Please give me some feed back!!!! :xyxthumbs:

what is CR? I dont know a lick about that area but after the 17th I will, if all goes well ill be there
just thought about it CR=CHIMNEY ROCK?

We from Hendersonville will get togather and come up with a good route. The Route from CR to Hendersonville would be a get cruise. What kind of places do you guys like to eat? There are all kinds of places to eat. I will trow some place out there and we can pick one of them if like... Lets talk this one up....

Let's get some order to this. 1st- come up with a place to eat. Is Kelsey's too far of the beaten path or is there something better? 2nd- who can scout the route and go up Sugar Loaf Mountain to check out the road? ( As my Mom used to say, Don't make me come up there!) LOL! 3rd- Is the date OK with everybody? 4th- does the times sound about right? Let's get these blanks filled in and we'll have us a cruise.
Any one in the Charlotte-Metro area interested in this just chime in!! Bone Collector, I'd love to see that big ole white FSB rolling into Hendersonville. What about it Rhonda? JimR you up for this? Aaron do you think you can make this? come on guys, we'd love to have 15 rides and about 30-35 people. the leaves are gonna' be pretty!!! Matt you and Liz need to be on this one. :xyxthumbs:
