Charlotte area meeting
#31
OK....i just spoke with the manager at Texas Roudhouse....he said for the Dec. 14th date we need to have our approx. count in to them this week in order for them to reserve enough tables ahead of time (Christmas parties, etc. are going on and they're filling up quick!)...

the party size doesn't matter to them (15, 20, 35, etc) he just needs to know and they said they would be happy to acommodate us....

I will be leaving to go out of town on Thursday so if we could get a head count by Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. then I could give them a call....even if we have a few add-ons we'll at least have a ball park figure...

He also said he would talk to his general manager about parking some Broncos together up front...can ya'll also let me know if you'll be driving a vehicle up that night that you might be interested in parking with a group...

Thanks,

Rhonda

So far that's 11 and counting. I'll be in my B2 and would love to park up front to show what our group is all about!! Boy, I wish we could come up with some door prizes! Chuck, could you give us a couple of shirts or hats, I've got a couple of extra stickers. Any body got anything else, club related or not?

Rhonda, it looks like 15 or so and I don't know how many vechicles to park. We can work that out when we get there. Thanks for what you're doing!

Hey all, sorry to have been so quiet. I came back to loads of work to be done. Unfortunetly we wont be able to make the 14'th.
My work is having our xmass party that night, if I want my xmass bonus I have to attend. Sad
Will definetly make the next one. Glad the site is back up, now I have to get back in the habit of checking the site again.

I will give ya, a count of just what I have. I was really hoping to have sold most if not all of the stuff when we were at URE. Oh Rondo was the only one to ask for a hat

Clint, lloks like you doing a damn fine job with the meet in NC. Glad to see everyone helping out.

See what people think, we can make regular meetings if people would like. Chuck and I had talked awhile back about a fun ride. Something all could do(stockers too). There are lots of dirt roads, interesting view's(brown mt., parkway, and local spots) to be seen. Ending up some where for dinner.
Have a rib for me! Tongue
