Got a screen printer
#1
Not really bronco related... but it could be....

Coop got Jill a screen printer for Christmas... (She used to do printing before Coop came along...)

Anyway, here's her first shirt... Not bad, for a single-color, our first one... and a K5... They'll get better... Emulsion SUCKS!

Thought I'd share... Now I have to make up some cool Bronco designs for her to make for us (the REAL reason for the gift! :hystericalSmile

I use PhotoShop CS3 for pretty much everything... but you can use whatever you've got... free hand too (which some of this K5 was)...

How this thing works, is you print onto a transparency, stick an Emulsion sheet onto a screen, expose the emulsion on the screen (make holes for ink to go through the screen wherever there's ink on the design), then drag the ink across the screen with a squeegee... very similar to the way a "real" screen printer works. That make any sense at all?

I'll tell ya though... The whole "emulsion" step sucks ass... I'd rather change gears in 20 diffs before doing that ever again... but, hey, she's the expert and likes doing it... Hats off to her!

Sounds messy ... I think I'll stick to greasy engine bays.

It does sound messy. There is a lot of potential there though
