4th Annual Spring Meet 'n Greet

Thanks to everyone who came out. I want to get some feedback for next year so it keeps getting better and better. Matt will be posting something up, so when you see it, please chime in! We'll try and get some pics up tonight.

I had an amazing time as well this year. Despite a few hiccups the trip was not to bad. just walked in from Lincolnton , had the dolly flatbedded up there , new backing plate and brakes and bearings. 280 bucks plus no sleep for about 30 hours...
Only suggestion I could possibly make is to try to get the date set a little sooner. Seems like alot folks were commited to other things. I know weather , DC"s and many other things have to be factored in...but that is my suggestion. And now that I am roadworthy I may pop in to a meeting.
Daughter drove the 07 back following me the whole way. I tried the front tank for the first time , worked graet but the vent hose leaks a little when you overfill the tank.

Oh and TRKBLDR .... I blew the horn all 6 times I passed exit 8. 4 for the trip and 2 headed down to northern tool saturday night to find out they were closed....

I did not get to make it this year but I think that having it the same time as the Auto fair is a good thing. More people are out to see the Sign out front of DC and would stop by. But traffic try to get out and go home was probably un real. I am sure it was bumper to bumper. But setting a date sooner is a real good idea. Pictures look great.

it was a little hectic getting to the first 85 turnoff south , but me and the kids love us some Jack In The Box. so we run down to 485 i believe. only drawback to the autofair is I miss the "factory" tour. was so overwhelmed by the museum last year we missed it. And this year they were committed to the fair. I may just have to buzz up on an off day....

and on a side note... I won the 50 buck Barnes 4wd gift certificate , I was gonna e-mail em and tell em to give it to the next member that came in , but I am a little drinked up right now. So if there is anyone in the club you feel is deserving....it is theirs.
