I need some input on the Raleigh Bash. Date, place, events.... any ideas?

I digg the rock garden at 4wp... but open to new ideas too... let's try not to do summer again though... I think the heat and economy killed the attendance last summer. It's hard to get a good date far enough away from the Concord M&G and also get away from the heat, I know...

The biggest hits at the Concord M&G were definitely the raffle and musem... I don't know of a cool place to visit (like the musem) in Raleigh, but we should have a raffle.

I'm also up for an ole fashion Bronco PARTY! I'll get another parts car that we can crush and its game on! Just a few of my thoughts.

I like the 4 Wheel parts location and definitely like the car crushing idea. I agree with bringing the raffle back. What dates are good in the fall?

You know I'm in but I agree with a fall date.4WheelParts was good because we could play around a little.Not really like a car show.

4Wheel parts has been great as a host. Hard to find hosts that can bring in something for everyone. The URE fall run is going to be at the end of Oct to early Nov. Possibly something in september would be nice. Not as hot but not too close together.

I think early to mid September sounds great. Don't know enough about Raleigh area to suggest anywhere, but 4WP works great. Maybe we could rent some campground spaces nearby and make an overnight of it!
