Here I am!
#1
Well hello everbody, I am at home and bored out of my minds! We received a Paypal transfer from the club today, can't believe you all did that with everything you have going on in your own lives, but I am truly grateful to have such caring friends! Thank you also for the beautiful flowers that Rhonda brought to me while I was still in the hospital. It did so much to boost my spirits! Special thanks to Rhonda for bringing it and visiting with me.

So the scoop is I have 2 follow up appts next week, Tues with the mung doc and Fri for the arm. So hopefully they'll tell me that everything is healing as it should. Poor Lupe (my Stealth) is of course totaled (we'll always have Daytona!), but I am just grateful to be ok. Matt always said he wanted to put a rollcage in my Stealth. Let's just say that Elliott Sadler and Talladega have nothing on me!

So anybody got a Ram Charger for sale?? LOL Considering that my only other accident was with a moose, I am seriously thinking of MAJOR upsizing!!

Well typing with one hand sucks, so I just want to say thanks again for your generosity and your kind thoughts and prayers. They are very much appreciated! I will keep you posted on my progress. Please send Matt a smiley or two, he'll need your support. I'm sure this has been as tough on him mentally as it has on me physically.

Love you all,
Liz

You were very lucky to walk a way with what you did. You just let any of us know what you or Matt need, and it will be done!! Keep those spirits high.Chuck

Glad to see that you are up and moving about. That would have taken me over an hour to type with one hand :bdent: Keep those spirits high and I'm sure you will have a speedy recovery. Thanks for touching base. Matt must be a great husband and I'm sure he's taking great care of you.
