[Badass]

Thats the date and it is approaching FAST! I plan to leave here and just mosey my way out to the north west. The bad part is the sturgis bike rally is aug 7-15 so I need to avoid that area untill after then. Here is a tentative route and a few stops I want to make. In most areas there is tons to see out there so i will hopefully park the tt at a campground and day trip. I guess dependant on the weather i can do some boondocking. I dont have a genny so It has to be cool enough that i wont need the AC. The camping starts shutting down out there mid september so I will have a month to spend before I have to move a little south and lower elevation. by then I will be headed to lake mead and vegas. I have a sister who lives there. Then to phoenix to visit an old friend from the touring days. From there I guess it all depends on how things and money are going. probably take the southern route back to the east coast.

I will still be editing this route as i research more on weather, the sturgis rally, camping avalibility and places to see along the way. Any suggestions would be awesome.

Very cool! Good luck to ya, E! No suggestions from me (I've never been west of TN) but I've got an uncle near Casper, WY, if you need something. He's a drummer, so ya'll could jam for a night too.

this is more of a move map. bout 5-6 hrs to a move might go farther or closer. I have not searched parks or anything yet. tic tock

That is going to be an awesome trip. I lived in southwest Colorado for a little while and have vacationed in Yellowstone. The west is beautiful. My only suggestion is to take your time. I had a schedule set when I toured the southwest and I wish I had spent more time in some places and less in others. If you can travel at your leisure it will be great. Weather should be nice too.
