well, i built a canopy out of ducttape and plastic, and started spraying the rustbullet. it took the whole first coat to get the gun dialed in right. it took almost 3 hours to get that first coat sprayed. when we got the gun dialed in though, it really started moving. by the time i got the second coat down it started raining, and we decided to take a break. the canopy was working pretty good at keeping the rain off, for a minute. while we were in the house the whole canopy came down. the coating says 2 hours of cure between coats, and the canopy fell about 45 minutes after the second coat. i was certain it was ruined. evidently this stuff is water tight after just a few minutes, because when i went to try and dry up the water, the coating didnt budge. water soaked up, and everything looked perfect. so, i drpaed the plastic right over the tub, to keep it dry, and all seems good. guess well see for sure when the rain stops... pics tomorrow, i promise!
