just some insight on the powerstroke hub assemblies. if you ever change one you can buy the assembly at any of the local parts houses but the knuckle to hub assembly studs are only available at ford dealership or broncograveyard carries them. i got the luxory of changing one on my sis f350. she locked the wheel down. i know that a lot of the newer vehicles now are running hub assemblies and this may save you some time if you know beforehand about the mounting studs. i dont know why they were such a pia to find.
If you can't fix it with a hammer and a welder then your gonna need a new one!

I've been through a few sets of them over 200K miles, some abuse, and 37" tires. Things I do that seem to make them live longer are adding grease through the ABS port and greasing the inside needle bearing.
Tousley Ford is a good place to order parts. I typically call them and get things out the same morning. The discount is pretty darn good when you mention online forums pointed you to them.

broncograveyard has the assemblies cheaper than the parts houses. you can buy the timken brand from jbg for 10 more than the off brand at the parts house. plus if you use your ecbr number you get a discount.. the studs were also cheaper than ford but only 40 cents each so it was cheaper to go to dealership rather than pay for shipping. heck i work at the timken plant where they make the assemblies and they dont give us a discount on them. but they do hook us up with regular wheel bearings for freeeeee....
